What does 'we refill' mean?


If coming into a store    'We refill' is the name we have given to all the cartridges we can refill for you. All you have to do come into one of out stores with your empty cartridge and we will refill it for you while you wait(if you would like to drop off a cartridge and come back, that is fine too).

If by post    'We refill' is the name we have given to all the cartridges we can refill for you. All you have to do is pay for the cartridge you want refilled and then post it to us with your order reference no. We will then do the rest and get your cartridge back to you free of charge.

How we refill cartridges


   Not only do we replace the ink inside the cartridge but service its jets and sponges to get it back to its original quality.
    The quantity of ink we use to refill the cartridge is always equal to or more than it had inside it originally. Unlike most refill companies we don't just use a Universal ink we always use ink that has been made for that printer cartridge. We then test the cartridge to make sure that the contacts are working correctly, we also test the jets on the cartridge are working to maintain optimal printing quality.
  Once the cartridge has passed our testing, we package the cartridge so that it will get to you with same quality it leaves us.
