To return a faulty item to us, please telephone us on 01873 854913 for return authorisation.

You will be asked the reason for requiring to return the item and may be given pointers on the
correct use of the item. If the items still fails to function, you will be given a return authorisation.

We then ask that you return the item to us in a bubble wrap envelope or box securely (you can always use
the original packaging).

Please return the faulty item to us by Recorded or Registered delivery. For large or heavy items,
you will be instructed when obtaining your returns authorisation.
