Contract
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Cartridgesaver) and you, (the
customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. Any email, order
confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal
acceptance by Cartridgesaver of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or
description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with
this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon
cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

Enquiries About Orders Placed

If for any reason you need to contact us with regard to a particular order please e-mail our customer service
team at Info@cartridgediscount.co.uk or phone 01873 854913. Please quote your name, order I.D. order date
and product ordered in all communications

Postage and Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods on the same day as receipt of order. Most goods are sent 1st Class Royal Mail, the
aim of which is that they should arrive next working day wherever possible.
If your order is heavy or bulky, and not suitable for delivery via Royal Mail, we may use a licensed UK
carrier service at no additional charge to you.
If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there
is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel
or part-ship your order.

It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are
held by a neighbour or colleague. Royal Mail should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when
these are misplaced or not left at all, so please check first. If your goods have not arrived within 15 days,
upon confirmation that you have checked that the goods are not at your local sorting office and filled in a
'Missing Package form' that we will provide and submit to the Royal Mail a replacement will be offered or
refund as appropriate.

Returns Policy
If you purchase the wrong item or decide for any reason that you don't require the item then you must return
the order within 30 days of the original purchase date. The cartridge must be unopened and unused. Once
received we can issue a refund or an exchange
Before any item is returned you must contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number. The
RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by Cartridgesaver.
All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. Packages without RMA numbers will
not be accepted. Any goods received without an RMA number will be classed as returned cartridges for
recycling.

Your RMA Number
Should you wish to return a product please request a RMA by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly
stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.

If Product is Faulty
If an item is faulty then it must be returned within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Once we
receive the returned item and have identified the cartridge as faulty we will then issue a refund or
replacement. Once again you must contact us before returning any item to request an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authority) number

If your goods are damaged
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please also retain the
original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund,
whichever you prefer.

If there has been a packaging error
If there is an error with you package you must contact us within 30 Days to get it resolved
Application of VAT
The Cartridgesaver is a trading name of Inkwell Printing Supplies, which is VAT registered. Therefore VAT is
included in our prices. VAT number is GB-542 823 645.

All brand names & trademarks are the properties of their respective holders and are referred to for
descriptive purposes only. We are not associated with any printer or original equipment manufacturer.

Inks subject to the following terms:

By using the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on
your first use. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or

a) Cartridgesaver may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms
regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted
means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

b) All material on this site is copyright Cartridgesaver 2001-2011 unless otherwise stated. You are
permitted to view the contents of this site on screen. You are also permitted to make copies of reasonable
extracts from the site for your personal use or private study and to save reasonable extracts to your local
hard disk for your personal use or private study. It is strictly forbidden to copy any material from this
website for commercial use (other than as necessary for the purpose of viewing the site in the course of
business). You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Cartridgesaver content
except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Cartridgesaver content requires the
prior permission of Cartridgesaver. If you have any queries regarding use of material on our website,

c) The Cartridgesaver logo must not be used to link to our site or in other ways represent Web
Inks on other websites without explicit permission from Cartridgesaver. The only exceptions to this

d) You are welcome to link to material on the Cartridgesaver website so long as appropriate credit is
given in the link title. You may not link to images or other downloadable resources unless explicit
permission from Cartridgesaver has been sought, or it falls under the general copyright statement above. Please
note we do not have a generic 'links' page. We link to other sites as and when we feel it adds value to the
content on our site. The decision to link is an editorial one. We do not generally link to commercial
enterprises of any nature except those that we have an affinity partnership with.

e) Content on the Cartridgesaver website, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and
icons regarding or relating to Cartridgesaver, its services (or to third party products and services), is
provided without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law),
including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement,
compatibility, security and accuracy.

f) Cartridgesaver will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any
damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, arising from or in connection with the use of the
website. Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the website, we do not
guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.

g) Web Inks does not warrant that functions contained in the website's content will be uninterrupted
or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available are
free of viruses or bugs. You must take your own precautions in this respect as we accept no responsibility for
any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything which has destructive properties.

h) The presentation of material on this website and the geographical designations employed do not imply the
